You mind reaches an elated state, where everything is achievable. Most of us are not fond of spending time with our self, we usually take ourselves for granted.

Identifying your strengths and weakness

We react differently under different conditions. You can easily identify, which person or situation trigger your negative or positive emotions. The key is to cope with it and improve over a period of time. As long as you know your reaction, others can’t trigger it intentionally.

Maintain a flexible mindset

Keep your mind open and change your thinking pattern based on situation.
