Controlling of Emotions is An Art

Emotions drive us to do whatever we want to show others and in other way emotions show what we are from inside in the form of our behaviour. Emotional Intelligence is an ability to control our emotions in a positive way and increase productivity. Sometimes it happens with us that we want to do something but our own emotions do not allow us to do that thing. Emotional Intelligence makes you able to understand other people’s emotions and to control our own emotions.



Being emotionally intelligent person will help you to understand your own feelings. You start thinking about your feelings and its impact that how it is going to affect others. You get to know your emotional strength, weakness and how you can improve it. How your current moods do affects your thoughts and decision making? These all questions will help you to build a strong personality. You start thinking before you take any action or a decision and that is what emotional intelligence. In short as a person you start growing in a positive manner. 

When you get any feedback about your nature, your own deeds it feels bad obviously but an emotionally intelligent person takes these entire things in a positive way and filter good in that so that he can become stronger and better. As a person we must fix on our promise and morals because it gives positive impact on others and you become a trustworthy and confidant to others. People love to share their thoughts, problems and experiences with these people. Saying sorry is an easy thing but when you seriously feel it and then apologize, this matters most to the person because it proves you value your relationship more than your ego.

Emotional Intelligence makes a person emotionally strong in all aspects like how to control your anger, avoid ego, behave good with others, take decision according to the demand of situation, feel free to welcome new thoughts, value other people opinions and views. So, in conclusion it can be said that emotional intelligence is required for grooming personality and building strong relationships both personally and professionally.
