This is not an article or blog expressing the facts and expressions, but a write up moulded from real stories. This is a story of a sales manager, who worked in a big organization. The company was going through rough phase, dropping sales, frequent employees exit and low productivity left him with more questions than answers.
He was running both out of time and options, until he visited us. It was a brief discussion and we suggested him business coaching program. A week later after boarding on train of thoughts, he finally joined.

He noticed that most of his productive sales agents become nervous before and after client’s call losing their spontaneity and productivity. Interim meeting was called, he took few agents and anchored them to clicking pen top, when in confident and productive state. After regular practice most of the agents became fond of pen top and as soon they click pen top, the supply of confidence pours in their body language.

Using hypnotic language to boost sales
He changed the call introduction pattern anticipating query question followed by instant resolution. May be a streak of failures dent their confidence, but a chance to gather common objections and fed them with hypnotic language to easily handle objections.
Sales is about being flexible in mind, analyzing the situation and use technique making the customer comfortable and curious. Portray the glorious picture about the product.
Business coaching is not about learning the core concepts and formulas, but a sound methodology towards the sustainability of the business.
